BBC AMERICA presents the complete makeover show that tackles everything from dated décor to domestic neglect, dubious style choices, and bad taste. High-drama hosts, interior design gurus Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan, are on a mission to transform the worst decorated houses in Britain from design disasters to inspirational new spaces. And whatever the problem - textured wall-coverings, floral carpets, and horrible paint effects - the boys, along with their talented design team, will put them right.

Once the owners are on board there's the simple matter of getting the work done - in under a week. Colin and Justin always want more...so usually not one, not two, but three, four, even five rooms get the makeover treatment. The designers are perfectionists and, with limited time and resources, the building team is under constant pressure and tempers inevitably fray.

Each week, after the hard work's done, there's all the drama of the reveal when the expectant owners see their stylish new home for the very first time. But where most makeover shows end, our cameras keep rolling and around a month later How Not To Decorate returns to see exactly how our homeowners have adapted to their new space. We watch Colin and Justin observing the homeowners tour their house pointing out the things they love, the things they hate and the things they've changed ...needless to say this doesn't always go down well.
