‘Doctor Who’s Peter Davison Is Set to Guest Star in ‘Bloods’ TV Series

You may know Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor in Doctor Who. As well as being Georgia Tennant’s dad and David Tennant’s father-in-law. He has quite a few “titles.”  
Davison is now returning to the screen, set to star in the second season of Bloods, reports Radio Times. The Sky medical comedy premiered in 2021 and revolves around the lives of paramedics. Samson Kayo and Jane Horrocks star as coworkers who develop an “unlikely friendship.”
We can look for Davison as a surgeon who steps in to help them with one of their cases. Yep, that’s right, he’s playing a doctor. Just a different kind of doctor this time around sans time travel abilities.
In addition to Davison, season two will star series regulars Lucy Punch, Julian Barratt, Adrian Scarborough, Aasiya Shah, Kevin Garry, and Sam Campbell.

Bloods season two is set to premiere over at Sky Comedy on September 1.
In the meantime, if you’d like to backtrack and revisit some of Davison’s recent work, he also stars in Gentleman Jack (2019-2022) and The Larkins (2021).
