'Flight Attendant's Kaley Cuoco Has Her Eye on Feature Film 'Role Play'
If you've been enjoying Kaley Cuoco in the lead role of Flight Attendant, you may be getting more of her up on the big screen. We say "may" as she's still in negotiations, but as there are headlines swirling around, it seems more than possible.
Cuoco is in talks to star in and produce the forthcoming feature film Role Play, reports Deadline. With there being a couple of moving parts, which are pretty substantial, we have to think she is seriously considering the project.
The script comes from Seth Owen, who wrote the 2016 sci-fi movie Morgan, based off of an original idea by George Heller, who produced Morgan.
The storyline is brief, with Role Play revolving around a young married couple whose lives are turned upside down when secrets are revealed from their pasts.
We don't know what happens from there, but the name of the movie is quite telling.
It's predicted that production will begin in 2022, with Cuoco currently filming the second seasons of Flight Attendant, which is now based in L.A.
We've seen Cuoco up on the big screen before, like in the 2015 comedy The Wedding Ringer, but this would be more of a lead.
While plans for Role Play are being finalized, we can re-watch season one of The Flight Attendant or go even further back and binge on the twelve seasons of The Big Thang Theory, where Cuoco stars as neighbor/friend/love interest Penny.
Are you cheering for this to happen?
