You may remember Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones, starring as Missandei, Daenerys Targaryen's lady in waiting. Since GoT, we've also seen her in the 2019 TV remake of Four Weddings and a Funeral and in The Morning Show alongside Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston.
Emmanuel has now signed on for a new role, set to star in the forthcoming feature film The Bride, reports Deadline.
The story revolves around a young woman who finds herself in a whirlwind romance. It's not quite clear who she is marrying.
But, there is mention that the young woman realizes that a "gothic conspiracy is afoot."
The movie is inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula, with The Bride being described as a contemporary horror thriller.
In addition to Emmanuel, we can also look for Tron actor Garrett Hedlund.
There are still some questions about what the storyline actually is, but we can rely on screenwriter Blair Butler to fill in the blanks.
Emmanuel is quite busy these days, having already completed filming on F9 and Army of Thieves, both to premiere later this year. We can also look for her in the action series Unsinkable, which has yet to begin production.
