Gillian Anderson fans can connect with her in a way they never have before, now that she has launched her own audio show.
It's called What Do I Know?! and is being hosted on the audio journalism app Curio. Episodes premiering every two weeks promise to explore "deeply human stories of social challenges, sexual liberation, phenomenal women and much more."
The first episode, which focuses on Nobel Prize-winning Italian neurobiologist Rita Levi-Montalcini, is available to listen to now. Subsequent episodes will premiere every other Thursday.
According to The Independent, Anderson said in a statement accompanying the show's announcement: "By taking the time to listen and reflect on inspiring and surprising stories, we can open our minds to new perspectives and points-of-view and develop greater understanding and empathy. I hope you’ll enjoy listening and learning alongside me."
Anderson fans can also look out for her next TV role in the coming months. She will portray Eleanor Roosevelt in The First Lady, an upcoming anthology series set to premiere on Showtime on April 17. The series will also feature Viola Davis as Michelle Obama and Michelle Pfeiffer as Betty Ford.
