Millie Bobby Brown Is Returning for 'Enola Holmes' Sequel

Sherlock Holmes' little sister got some screen time last year, with the feature film Enola Holmes premiering on Netflix. We saw Millie Bobby Brown in the title role, which is based off of Nancy Springer's series of YA books.

In the made-for-streaming movie, Enola takes on the sleuthing:

Enola's adventures are a continuation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's original 19th century stories. With the movie being so well-received, a sequel has now been confirmed, reports Deadline.

It hasn't been announced what the follow-up will be about, but Brown seems quite excited to make her return, saying in a statement, "I can’t wait to collaborate again with my Enola Holmes family! Enola holds a special place in my heart – she’s strong, fearless, intelligent and brave. I look forward to fans seeing how her journey continues!"

It's not just Brown returning, we can also look for Henry Cavill to reprise his role as big brother Sherlock.

Doyle's character has been adapted for screen in many different iterations, even including animation.

Of course, we have a soft spot for Benedict Cumberbatch's version in the BBC series Sherlock:

Are you up for more Holmes?
