New Trailer: Daniel Radcliffe Returns for 'Miracle Workers' Season 2

Daniel Radcliffe just has a way about him, he's such an angel. And in the TBS series Miracle Workers, that's what he plays... one of God's workers at Heaven Inc.

In season one, he and three other angels were tasked with saving Earth. In order to do so, they needed to pull off a miracle, hence the name of the show.

But, in season two, Radcliffe and original cast members Steve BuscemiKaran Soni, Geraldine Viswananthan and Lolly Adefope, all take on new roles for a new storyline.

Set in the medieval era, Radcliffe plays a royal who comes from a long line of murderous tyrants. He doesn't have much going on, except for being the son of the king. The villagers have bigger problems, like not getting murdered:

The first season was created by Simon Rich, based on his novel What in God's Name? The storyline for season two is completely separate from what we saw in the first, with Rich saying, "Now that I’ve bled that sucker [his novel] dry, I’m really excited to tell a brand-new story with the same group of brilliant actors.”

You can look for Miracle Workers: Dark Ages in 2020.
