You may remember Warwick Davis from the 1988 movie Willow, marking his breakthrough performance. Davis is back and the magical journey continues in the eight-part TV series Willow, reports Deadline.
In the original movie, Willow comes across an infant baby floating down a stream in a basket. He rescues the baby from danger and works to try and reunite her with her family. In the forthcoming series, Willow is back to rescuing. When a prince is kidnapped, Willow and his twin sister Princess Kit (Ruby Cruz), team up to find him.
They don’t go it alone and are accompanied by a warrior and Kit’s lady in waiting.
