Olivia Colman, Tom Hiddleston and Paul Rudd To Narrate New Natural World Documentary Series

Olivia Colman, Tom Hiddleston and Paul Rudd have each signed up to narrate a natural world documentary series for Apple+.

Colman will narrate Becoming You, a documentary series about global child development which explores how a person's first 2000 days on Earth shape the rest of their lives. A hundred children from all around the world will appear in the series, which premieres November 13.

Meanwhile, Hiddleston – who starred opposite Colman in AMC's The Night Manager – will narrate Earth At Night in Color. According to Apple+, this innovative-sounding wildlife doc uses "next-generation cameras to reveal the nocturnal lives of animals, in color, for the first time ever." The six-part series premieres December 4.

Rudd's wildlife documentary series, Tiny World, will offer an insight into the "smallest animals on the planet." The first six episodes are due to premiere October 2.

The narrating assignment caps a pretty busy quarantine period for Colman. Last month she and Fleabag co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge launched a support fund for U.K. theater professionals unable to work because of coronavirus.

She's also signed up to star opposite Colin Firth for the first time – an incredibly exciting proposition – in the forthcoming movie Mothering Sunday.
