Sir David Attenborough and Stephen Fry Voted the U.K.'s Favorite Voices

Sir David Attenborough has been voted "the nation's favorite voice" in a new U.K. poll.

The revered broadcaster and natural historian received an impressive 28% of the votes in a poll commissioned by Virgin Media, The Independent reports.

It's not the first time Attenborough's distinctive voice has been rewarded. In 2018 and 2019, he received Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Narrator.

Stephen Fry – known for his narration of the Harry Potter audiobooks in the U.K. – placed second, followed by Absolutely Fabulous actress Joanna Lumley in third.

Idris Elba, Dame Judi Dench, and David Tennant all made the list too. You can check out the top 10 below.
