‘The Walking Dead’s Laurie Holden Joins ‘The Boys’ for Season Three
You may remember Laurie Holden from AMC’s The Walking Dead, starring as Andrea Harrison from 2010-2013. She’s now signed on to star in the superhero series The Boys.
The Boys kicked off in 2019, with Karl Urban taking the lead as Billy Butcher. The series follows a group of suped-up humans who abuse their abilities, using them for personal gain.
Butcher is not keen on this and does everything he can to put a stop to their menacing ways.
The series is heading into its third season, with Holden set to take on the role of Crimson Countess.

In the above, it seems she’s in the mood for some payback… but the term is actually referring to a superhero group known as Payback.
We’re guessing this is meant to be a double entendre, and there’s room for interpretation.
As her flaming red suit suggests, she has the ability to manipulate heat, including vision.
The storyline for season three has yet to be released, but if it continues the story arc we’ve seen in seasons one and two, Butcher and pals will continue to out “The Seven" for what they are, which is made-up of the baddie supes.
If you’d like to revisit the first two seasons, they can be found over at Amazon Prime.
The next season is predicted to premiere in 2022.
