With the warm weather arriving, you may be craving the beach. After watching the new trailer for director M. Night Shyamalan's Old, you may... have a change of heart.

Based on Frederick Peeters and Pierre-Oscar Lévy's graphic novel The Sandcastle, the story follows a family on vacation in the tropics, reports Empire Online. As seen in the new trailer, the dad, played by Gael García Bernal, teases his children that kids aren't allowed on the beach. Clearly, it's just a joke and they head out for some R&R.

Once arriving to the secluded area, they discover a dead body. The thing that's odd, is that the woman has just died, but even so, her body shows seven years of decomposition.

From there, the family starts to age at a rapid rate, with the children growing into young adults and the parents developing wrinkles:

At the end of the clip, we hear the dad say, "Oh no. We are here for a reason."

It's not clear what their fate is, but we can trust it won't be predictable, based on Shyamalan's past work (The Sixth Sense, The Village).

In addition to his film work, Shyamalan directed four episodes of the TV series Servant, which is just as chilling:

We can look for Old on July 23.
