We’re so fond of Rowan Atkinson’s earlier roles, like Mr. Bean, Johnny English, and Edmund Blackadder. He’s now set to star in a new series, entitled Man vs. Bee. If it’s not clear from the title, he will be… man. You never know, he could easily throw on a buzzy headband.
The nine-part series is heading to Netflix. Each episode will run about 10 to 20 minutes long. But, we’re expecting a lot from this fine actor in that short amount of time. Atkinson isn’t just an amazing comedic actor, he’s physical.
He’s set to take on the role of a man named Trevor. Trevor has signed on for a housesitting job at a mansion. But, he’s not alone. He’s faced with an unexpected guest, a bee. While the house is sprawling, there isn’t enough room for both of them.
One of them is going to have to relocate, which is what we see in the new trailer:

There is a lot going on in the above clip, and we expect even more from the series itself.
We’ll see the end result on June 22 when Man vs. Bee premieres.
