WATCH: Tatiana Maslany Gets Her Green On in the ‘She-Hulk’ Trailer

We’ve seen bits and pieces of the forthcoming She-Hulk series, starring Orphan Black’s Tatiana Maslany, but now an official trailer has been released. There's a lot of Maslany in it, and whole lot of green.
Green meaning, we get to see her as She-Hulk, the alter ego to her lawyer character Jen Walters.
We’re used to seeing Maslany play multiple roles in OB, so for her to take on two roles is familiar territory for her.
If you aren’t familiar with the story, Walters can thank her cousin, Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), for her superhuman abilities. Yes, that Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk. After Walters receives a blood transfusion from her cousin, she can transform into She-Hulk at will. But, similar to her cousin, when she gets angry, she can’t necessarily control the switch.
She seems to be a reluctant superhero, saying in the above, “Oh, I’m not a superhero. That is for billionaires and narcissists. And adult orphans, for some reason.” Hmm, is she referring to Iron Man, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man (all in one swoop)? Possibly.
We think the best superheroes are the humble ones. But, even so, when the time comes, a superhero must rise to the occasion. If not, they lose their bragging rights.
She-Hulk will show her true colors (no pun intended) on August 17 when the series premieres over at Disney+.
